DIRECTIONS

All international arrivals to Israel are through Ben Gurion International Airport.
Ben Gurion Airport is located east of Tel Aviv city.

The Organizing committee will provide transportation, to arriving teams who filled up the travel form and ordered hotel accommodation via the organizing committee. The transportation provided will include pick up and return to Ben Gurion airport and shuttle service from the hotels to the main venue at Wingate and return.

Each hotel will include a hospitality station at the main lobby with volunteers from the OC that will assist all guests regarding information and assist in solving problems.

All hotel locations and all transportation means will be Escorted by security personnel to assure personal safety.

The main Swimming competition pool is situated at the peak height of Wingate institute.

This new built 50m pool will be divided into 2 section. One section will serve as the competition arena and the other will be covered to allow a structured 860 grand stand for the spectators.

The training pool is only 50m away from the competition pool and is within the same complex. The connection between the 2 pool is via an underground passage that goes through the rest rooms and the doping area. Passage is also possible through the information center. This is a 50 m pool that will be split into 2 sections. The deep section will serve as a training pool and the other section will be covered and massage booths will be allocated for each country.

The Accreditation Center is positioned near the LOC offices within the Local Wingate Sports Hotel which is alongside the structure of the swimming pools.

Wingate Sports Hotel

The Fitness Gym is located in front of the accreditation center within the Athletics Hall (in memory of the 11 victims of the 1971 Munich Olympic Games). This gym is fully equipped and will be available for all Swimmers and Coaches with proper accreditations only. The gym will be available from Monday 30 November until Monday December 7^th. Hours of operation from 10:00 to 15:00.

Accreditation system and zones
The Main venue will be divided into 10 security controlled Zones:

Administration
Press center
Media stands
Mixed zone
TV compound
Pool deck
Team areas
Medical areas
VIP stands
Hospitality Area

The accreditation system will be open for registration from October 1^st 2015.
All teams will register their Athletes and support personnel via this system only.

The accreditation are strictly personal and must be clearly displayed at all times. The right to hold it and/or use may be revoked at any time at full discretion by an official of the Organizing committee.
The holder of the accreditation:

Agrees to abide by the safety and security regulations (including him/her to be searched).
Agrees not to carry or wear any political, promotional, or advertising materials, which maybe seen by others, unless authorized by the Organizing committee.
Consents to be filmed or photographed by any method of recording images and sounds and authorizes the right holder to use such photographs or video/audio recordings without compensation.
Shall not broadcast, record and/or transmit any sound, image and/or description of the 18^th LEN Netanya European Short Course Championships 2015 or assist any other person conducting such activities unless otherwise permitted.

The accreditation badges are none transferable and do not give the right to a public seat.
